The PRM module – Patient Relationship Management, still relatively unknown to some of our clients, is nevertheless fully available within the ClevEHR interface.
As its name suggests, this module enables healthcare facilities to manage patient hospitality services, allowing them to deliver a higher-quality experience throughout the patient’s stay.
What services does it provide?
The module plays a configuration role: it allows you to set up and manage the categories of services provided by your facility.
PRM Module – Service Category Management
Once your configuration is set, PRM tracking for each patient is managed transversally within ClevEHR, directly from the patient information area. You can then define personalized services to be delivered on a specific date.
For example, if a patient celebrates their birthday during their stay, the user can schedule a service on that date, such as the delivery of a bouquet of flowers.
Admission Module – Display of PRM Tracking Filters
The new version will integrate PRM service tracking into the Admission module for all patients, linked to their stay (ongoing, admission, or discharge). A new display filter will allow you to target services by their associated category (e.g., gift, beverage, etc.).
