The conversation between the healthcare professional and the patient is captured using a phone or a microphone.

Intelligent transcription

An artificial intelligence automatically transcribes the audio recording into text, even in the presence of background noise or imperfect phrasing.

Medical content analysis

A second AI structures the data by detecting vital signs, converting nursing clinical handovers into targeted SNOMED CT entries, and then evaluates case complexity on a scale from 1 to 100, with justification.

Integration into the patient record

The extracted data are validated (or adjusted) by the healthcare professional and then automatically sent to the patient record in the ClevEHR EHR or in the EHR used by your organization.
